I have never felt the desire to google review a car shop. This place is SO amazing because they're NORMAL people handling their duties in a NORMAL way. Down to earth staff, communication is clear in person and on phone, they genuinely care about the people they're talking to, and their efficiency in their tasks is AAAAAAA+++++

Customer service is trash. I came here as my check engine light came on so...made an 8:30 appointment the previous day. I showed up and no one was in the office so I waited outside the office where the staff could see me. I waited for 20 minutes, no one aknowledged me at all. Other people that came in after me were greeted and helped. After I spoke up the girl apologized and said she thought I was waiting for an inspection, although the guy that took the appointment walked by me several times and never aknowledged me at all. I ended up just canceling my appointment because I'm big on customer service, if you can't show your customers respect why would I trust you to respect my car. After scrolling through their reviews and seeing every 3rd review is a 1 star from disgruntled customers unhappy with their customer service and integrity I'm glad I ended up not patronizing this shop.

I had a great experience with this auto body shop. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, communicative, and honest about what my truck actually needed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. What really stood out to me was their integrity. They only repaired what was truly necessary and didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra. They also gave me solid, practical advice on next steps moving forward, which I really appreciated. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I always felt like my truck was in good hands. I’m very grateful for their honesty and quality of work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop!

I am writing this update to change my review after reading the review and response and in good conscience I felt that I need to fix this unfair review. Also I am not implying that the inspector did anything wrong nor did I want anything done outside of state regulation, the inspector is a fair guy who provided good customer service, I was just upset at the time and yes I was given a quote but I just found a more affordable price to get the repair. Mr Eddie Hwang the owner is friendly and welcoming person who always acknowledge and speaks to his customers which is great, he employs good honest mechanics even Veterans and as a Veteran myself I appreciate that knowing there's honestly and integrity at Midway because it is great when you find a good and honest shop for service, I have in the past and still do recommend Midway to friends and family for their good auto service and yes I will continue to visit Midway for future vehicle inspections and service. I have been coming to Midway for years to get both of vehicles inspected even when the owner was inspecting vehicles and always had a good experience, my inspections was fast and fair but not so much this last time prompting me

Friendly, professional, and fast same-day safety inspection! I needed a state safety inspection at the end of the month and other shops were either booked for weeks or didn’t answer the phone. Midway was different—when I called, the lady told me they could fit me in if I arrived before 3:30. When I got there, I waited about 30–45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me in a queue parked along the street, then Joshua handled my inspection in just 15 minutes. They have a small waiting area with chairs inside the garage, it was pretty cool to observe everyone working. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and professional. Really appreciate that they squeezed me in same-day—highly recommend!
